A meeting was held at the Vileika district executive committee with the deputies of the district executive committees of the Minsk region, in which the head of the territorial defense department — deputy chief of the General Staff, Colonel Dzmitry Strashynski took part, the Ministry of Defense reports in its Telegram channel.

During a command and staff exercise, territorial defense units repelled an attack by a sabotage and reconnaissance group on an important facility in the Vileyka region.

Particular attention was paid to organizing the defense of a populated area and conducting ambush operations.
