The process has been launched and will only develop.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, said that some groups of troops in Ukraine will be reformatted. In particular, he is talking about the redistribution of managerial human resources.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported. Syrskyi noted that during the ten years of the war, the temporary bodies of military administration and the areas of responsibility of groups of troops were formed and changed following the operational situation and challenges.

"Now, taking into account the experience of hostilities, organizational measures are being taken. The main goal is to simplify and maximize the command quality and efficiency," the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stressed.

He explained that some groups of troops would be reformatted: command and management personnel and their competent and rational rotation.

Syrskyi called one of the priorities the establishment of the process of rotation of the personnel of combat brigades. According to him, some military units have been taking part in repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation since the first days of the full-scale invasion.

In addition, it is important to pay more attention to the rest of the soldiers, the resupply of weapons and military equipment and the restoration of the combat capability of the brigades as a whole.

"This process has already been launched and in the future, it will only increase. We are strengthening our defensive abilities to continue to destroy the enemy and bring the victory closer," Syrskyi said.
