GUR Special Forces Raised Ukrainian Flag Over Crimea

Russia suffered manpower and war machinery losses.

At night, Ukrainian intelligence officers, with the support of the Navy, carried out an operation in temporarily occupied Crimea.

The corresponding video was published by the GUR [Ukrainian Defence Intelligence - Ed.].

“Special forces on boats landed on the shore in the area of the settlements of Olenivka and Mayak. During the execution of the task, the Ukrainian defenders entered into a clash with the occupier's units. Enemy manpower and weapons losses followed. Also, the state flag was raised again in Ukrainian Crimea,” the message reads.

According to the Ukrainian Defence Intelligence, all goals and objectives have been achieved. After the completion of the special operation, the Ukrainian defenders left the scene without losses.

“The occupational administration of Crimea does not comment on the developments, despite the mass appeals of local residents. The only message concerns the alleged "destruction of ammunition according to the established schedule". The Ukrainian Defence Forces will continue to assist the occupiers in the destruction of ammunition, equipment and manpower,” the Ukrainian intelligence department said.
