Putin’s Death: ‘Strelets Revolt’ Brewing In Russia

Gaidai's classic suddenly becomes reality.
Yesterday's (and then continued today) messages about Putin's death, regardless of his actual condition, can be caused by two reasons.
The first is purely subjective. Any audience that is fed a version waits for it to evolve. Endless repetitions about Putin’s serious illness (despite the fact that everything is clearly not in order) cannot continue for too long. First you educate the audience, then it educates you. Especially when you monetize it. Therefore, a message about death in this interpretation is only a fuel of interest in the channel and source. Everyone says: “I don’t believe it,” but at the same time everyone reads it. You can stay on such a wave for six months or a year, telling stories about doubles and doppelgangers. In general, this option is not very interesting and too banal.
The second reason is more significant. And it has a circle of interested parties external to the source of this stuffing. Now any foreign leader who risks dealing not only with Putin himself, but with the entire power of Russia in general, risks running into a simple question — are you sure it’s him? And you are ready to talk about anything with the government, which is supposedly not only illegitimate (that’s not so bad, half of Africa is like that, so what), but also downright illegal, since the seizure of power is a crime under any law. And if you are confident, then what is your confidence based on? Involuntarily, you will be forced to think a hundred times before communicating with Russian officials now.
In fact, this is a completely serious attempt to further close Russia off from the outside world, but that’s not so bad. Now any official who dares to confirm and declare that the president has died is capable of completely collapsing the situation in the country. And this is already serious, since the officer on the button, performing his duty, is obliged to press it upon receipt of the order. And what should an officer do if he knows (or at least assumes) that our president is a fake? Will he press the button? Will the military be ready to carry out orders coming from presumably someone unknown?
An elegant solution to neutralizing Russian nuclear capabilities, isn't it?
Gaidai's classic suddenly becomes reality. The Strelets riot under the slogan “The Tsar is not real” suddenly turns from a comedy into a full-fledged scenario. By the way, we also had false kings, so the plot is not new.
Some unknown “General SVR” or political scientist Solovey, of course, cannot be trusted. What if a well-known representative of the ruling nomenclature speaks (to whom our former partners promise forgiveness of all sins)? Our own skin is closer, and the level of corruption of our nobles is even difficult to measure — any scale will bend.
In general, yesterday's canard was, of course, about nothing. But with a certain desire and some effort, it is quite possible to transform it into something very, very material.
And yes, in this story the real state of the president no longer plays any role at all. With this stuffing he was suddenly transferred to the state of an object in someone else’s game. And, perhaps, an instrument in general. A fitting end to the career of an intergalactic geostrategist, yes.
