Ukraine has issued a special envelope dedicated to the Nobel Peace Prize winner from Belarus Ales Bialiatski. This drew the attention of the Hrodna Human Rights.

Volodymyr Khanas, a public figure from Ternopil, became the initiator of this publication. He calls envelopes and stamps a kind of symbol of support and solidarity with the Belarusian people.
