The use of "non-statutory vehicles" is also banned.

The new commander of the Russian occupation army in Ukraine, Valery Gerasimov, has already made scandalous decisions.

The Moscow Times writes, citing Russian propagandists, that the command has actually banned the use of modern technology (phones and tablets), making it impossible to use drones for artillery and reconnaissance.

Military correspondent "romanov_92" writes that a number of units have also been banned from using drones for war. They have been asked not to drop grenade shells from them.

The use of personal or donated four-wheel-drive vehicles is also banned. It's required to hand them over to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The use of personal vehicles is driven by the fact that the regular ones "are stuck, because there are neither repairmen, nor spare parts".

In addition, the military were ordered to shave their beards off and wear uniforms as per the Statute. It is not known how it will affect Muslims who also serve in the occupation army of the Russian Federation.

Charter97.org wrote that General Valery Gerasimov headed the occupation army in Russia, replacing General Sergei Surovikin.
