Kremlin’s political scientist Sergei Markov, who called to be ready for defeat in the war and the collapse of the Russian Federation, warned Igor Girkin about the consequences of criticizing Putin, but he responded by declaring a military catastrophe for Russia.

They are ‘urgently’ asking Igor Strelkov-Girkin to stop public attacks on Putin, the head of the Kremlin, declaring that the former field commander of the “DPR” has crossed red lines.

Kremlin political analyst Sergei Markov warned Girkin on his Telegram channel, saying that the former Russian intelligence officer in his criticism of Putin "has long crossed the line".

However, in response to his statement, Girkin said on his Telegram channel that he would continue to criticize Putin and report on the real situation for the Russian army, which is on the verge of military defeat in Ukraine. Putin should be directly responsible for this.

“Russia is on the verge of military defeat and no capture of small towns and villages changes the situation. Not only incompetent generals and mercenary officials should be responsible for this, but also the commander-in-chief who appointed them and stubbornly refuses to change them,” he said.

Girkin writes that over the past 8 years, Putin and the Russian authorities ignored his warnings, although he begged the Kremlin to listen to him. According to him, even if he stops criticizing Putin, it is already impossible for the Russian Federation to prevent and postpone a military catastrophe.

He also admits that public criticism of Putin could be ‘suicidal’ for him, but he accepts all the consequences.
