AFU Air Force Speaker: Belarusian Partisans Help Ukraine Extremely Well

Yuriy Ignat has commented on information about explosions at the Ziabrauka military airfield near Homel.

The Ukrainian armed forces are counting on the support of the Belarusian partisans. Yuriy Ignat, spokesman of the AFU Air Force Command, said this on the air of the morning "Belsat Studio" on August 11, commenting on the information about explosions at the Ziabrauka military airfield near Homel.

"We know that they are extremely kind, intelligent and smart people who are helping our state, the Armed Forces of Ukraine extremely well. And we just thank the brotherly Belarusian people who will help Ukraine to defeat the occupiers and kick them out of our land. And out of yours, too," Yuriy Ignat noted.

Nevertheless, he said, so far we should trust the official information of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine regarding the situation in Zyabrovka, as well as in the case of destroying Russian planes in the Crimean Novofedorivka.

Belarusian telegram channels reported that on the night of August 11, explosions were heard and flashes were seen near the Ziabrauka airfield. A shockwave was also felt.
