Two Vehicles With Russian Border Guards Attacked On Ukrainian Border In Belgorod Region

One killed, three wounded

On July 5, two UAZ cars carrying Russian border guards were attacked in the Belgorod region. This was reported by pro-Kremlin Telegram channels.

According to their reports, an UAZ carrying five border guards was shelled with small arms and a grenade launcher 400 meters from the state border near the village of Krasnaya Yaruga on the afternoon of July 5. One man died, and three were wounded. The car burned down.

In the evening, an explosive device was dropped from a drone on another car of border guards with two people on board. It was not specified where it happened. Nobody was injured. However, the car was damaged.

Authorities of the Belgorod region did not comment on the attacks on border guards' cars.
