Which of the dictators lies?

At a meeting with Aliaksandr Lukashenka, Vladimir Putin did not talk about nuclear weapons transfer to Belarus. This was stated by press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, reports Kommersant.

According to Peskov, they were talking about the systems that are technically capable of carrying various types of weapons. This is Iskander-M.

Possible nuclear weapons transfer to Belarus became known the day before. The G7 countries at their summit on Monday adopted a joint statement on the subject. "Russia must adhere to its international obligations, including those prohibiting the use of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons. We call on Russia to behave responsibly... We express serious concern following Russia's statement about the possible transfer of missiles with nuclear capabilities to Belarus," the document reads.
