It is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the former commander of US forces in Europe, Ben Hodges, on Twitter.

In particular, he responded to a tweet by former Russian MP Ilya Ponomarenko that the Russian ambassador to the United States ruled out the possibility of capitulation in Ukraine.

"Which means that they are actually recognizing that it’s a real possibility…" Hodges said.
