Pro-Russian oligarch and politician and Putin's fellow sponsor Viktor Medvedchuk has asked the presidents of Ukraine and Russia to exchange him for defenders and residents of Mariupol, the SBU has reported

He said that common people of Mariupol are in the blockaded city without an opportunity to leave it.
