The order is signed by Army General Bulgakov.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has reacted to the disappearance of Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu and suggested that the Russian minister had headed to Chornobayivka, where Ukrainian defenders destroy occupiers and enemy equipment on a daily basis.

"They say the Russian defence minister has disappeared somewhere... I wonder if he personally wanted to visit Chornobayivka as well?" the head of state said ironically.

At the same time, the Russian Defence Ministry has issued an order that until March 30, photos and text materials showing that Shoygu is at his workplace and is in charge of the "special operation in Ukraine" are to be published on a daily basis.

We would like to point out that the document was signed by Acting Defence Minister Army General Bulgakov, glavred.info reported.
