A man opened fire on the street in Krymsk (Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation). According to preliminary data, four people were killed, including the shooter himself, TASS reports with a reference to the law-enforcement agencies.

According to RIA Novosti, the shooting occurred near the Slavyansky shopping center in Krymsk.

The press service of the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory confirmed the information about the incident. The Krymsk inter-district prosecutor left for the place of the state of emergency. The reasons for the incident are being established. A source in the law-enforcement agencies said that four people were known to have died: a man killed three people and then shot himself.

According to a source of Izvestia, the armed man had previously lost the trial to his ex-wife, after which he began to pursue her. The man tried to shoot her, but she managed to run into the shopping center building. A passer-by tried to help the woman, but was killed.
