Ukrainian Troops Are Chasing Russians In Three Axes

In the period from September 1 to October 1, 2022, the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to carry out a number of counter-offensive operations and liberate a large part of the territory of their country from Russian occupiers.

In early September, Ukrainian troops regained control over the settlements of Balakleya, Izyum, Kupyansk and Volchansk in the Kharkiv region, which had been under occupation since the first days of the full-scale invasion. Ukraine restored its control over almost the entire line of the Russian-Ukrainian border between the Belgorod and Kharkiv regions.

Besides, the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to advance in the Kherson region and push the invaders from some positions they previously occupied.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to liberate Belohorivka in Donbas, Luhansk region, as well as Sviatohirsk and cut off Russians in Lyman, Donetsk region.
