Israel Disrupts Kremlin’s Plans: IDF’s Directive

We are talking about Israeli military personnel with Russian citizenship.

Israel will not allow the Kremlin to use its military for the war against Ukraine.

The IDF issued a directive ordering all IDF soldiers who have Russian citizenship and are in Russia to return to Israel without delay.

This was stated on Twitter by Walla editor Guy Elster, citing an unnamed Israeli official.

It is also known that the directive prohibits IDF soldiers with Russian citizenship from flying to Russia. Thus, Israel deprived Moscow of the opportunity to involve the Israeli security officers in whose training it invested heavily, into the war against Ukraine.
