Data Encryption Equipment Was Arrested During Transit to Belarus

The "double duty equipment" adapted for data encrypting was arrested during transit to Belarus. These were two servers. According to Lithuanian customs, the country of origin is not specified.

The cost of the equipment is almost 50 thousand euros. The customs office in Vilnius reports that the cargo did not pass in accordance with the rules of the European Union about the economic sanctions against the Republic of Belarus.

Over the last year, Lithuanian customs officers arrested the cargo of the dual purpose six times already.
