Kyiv Refused to Meet in Minsk to Resolve the Situation in Donbas

In the spring, the Ukrainian delegation announced that it would refuse to travel to Belarus because of the hostile rhetoric of the regime.

Representatives of Ukraine categorically refused to return to Minsk for face-to-face negotiations on resolving the situation in Donbas, Russian representative in the Trilateral Contact Group Boris Gryzlov told reporters, the TASS website writes.

According to Gryzlov, the group will have to develop specific proposals to resolve this situation.
