Media: Authorities Hide African Plague Epidemic And Sell Infected Meat In Stores In Belarus And For Export

The Ministry of Agriculture has released a document "for official use only."

The regime hides an African swine fever epidemic and sells meat of diseased animals in stores and for export, reports the Belarus Outside Minsk Ring Road telegram channel.

The Ministry of Agriculture issued a document "for official use," the information from which should be urgently conveyed to citizens and partners, importing Belarusian meat. According to the document, there are signs of an epidemic of African swine fever in Brest, Vitsebsk, Homel, Hrodna, Minsk and Mahiliou regions. Outbreaks of avian influenza and Newcastle disease in private farms and enterprises have also been registered.

The document describes obvious violations of the production process and conditions of animal keeping in state farms and factories.

Thus, the animals that should be utilized are deliberately sent to store shelves and for export, and this happens in all farms where the epidemic is noticed.
