People prayed for the political prisoner in the Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit.

In Biarozauka, where political prisoner Vitold Ashurak lived and was buried, a prayer in his memory was held in the Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit, Radio Racyja reports.

“There is no greater sacrifice than when a person gives his life for his friends,” the priest remembered Vitold Ashurak with these words and noted that it depends on all Belarusians that this sacrifice is not in vain.
