Putin Decided Not To Visit Lukashenka In Brest

Spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov said that the plans of the Russian head of state does not intend to visit Belarus on June 22.

A year ago, during a meeting between Putin and Lukashenka, the heads of states had agreed to hold a commemorative event "The Garden of Memory" on June 22 at Brest Fortress, where they planned to plant seedlings of trees.

The new date of the meeting has not yet been announced.
