Austrian Foreign Minister: Sanctions Against Lukashenka's Regime Will Be Tough

Alexander Shalenberg said that the EU countries have agreed on sanctions against the regime.

Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schalenberg said that the sanctions against the Belarusian authorities will be "tough and purposeful."

“I am glad that we have found agreement on the sanctions, which are tough and targeted. We have just had a very good exchange of views with Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya on the next steps. I look forward to our meeting on Monday,” the Austrian Foreign Ministry said on Twitter.
