The Nobel laureate appealed to the Belarusians.

Belarusian writer, Nobel Prize laureate Sviatlana Aleksievich addressed the Belarusians:

"Do not despair. The most important thing happened to us last summer: we felt that we are Belarusians, that we are a nation. It will forever remain in our history. Of course, there will be a victory, but maybe not as fast as we would like.

Get ready for the New Time, and it will be. We must live by revolution."

Sviatlana Aleksievich is present at the Berlin International Film Festival at the premiere of the documentary "Courage" about the protests in Belarus.
