In Minsk, the administration of Frunzenski district has sent a paper saying that the state educational institution "National School of Beauty" urgently needs beauties to participate in the contest "Miss Belarus.

They want to see five girls from each district of Minsk at the contest, falling within certain parameters.

The beauty contest is such a popular and important event in Belarus that the favorite administrative resource of the officials is involved in its organization.
