Tsima Belaruskikh Sentenced To Two Years Of Liberty Restriction

Tsima Belaruskikh has been sentenced to two years of liberty restriction under Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarus of the Brain Telegram channel reports.

He was found guilty of buying, possessing and using drugs.

22-year-old Tsima Belaruskikh was detained on the night of January 6 in a gaming club in Minsk. During a personal search, he was found to have hashish weighing 0.4 g. In addition, during a personal search, a white powder substance weighing 0.03 grams was also seized from him, which, according to the expert's conclusion, is amphetamine.

A criminal case was opened against the Minsk resident under Part 1 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code. He was released on bail.

The Prosecutor's Office sent the criminal case against the singer and his 25-year-old friend to court on March 25. According to the case file, the guys bought more than 1.96 grams of hashish over the Internet in December and January. Some was used in a gaming club, the rest was found by the police.

The defendants admitted their guilt for the crime in full.
