Uladzimir Sazanchuk has talked about the politician's state of health.

Uladzimir Sazanchuk, lawyer of politician Mikalai Statkevich, reported on air of Belsat about his client's health condition.

The lawyer visited the politician in pre-trial prison in Zhodzina on February 25.

"He's had a little sickness. He had a fever a couple of weeks ago. We suppose there is no covid, but he still coughs sometimes. But on the whole, he feels fine. He is cheerful, a real fighter," - Uladzimir Sazanchuk noted.

Mikalai Statkevich was detained on May 31, 2020 on the way to Kamarouski market in Minsk, where he was going to attend Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's pre-election picket.

On February 24, 2021, the disciplinary commission of the Minsk City Bar Association revoked the license of his lawyer Uladzimir Sazanchuk.
