Belarusian usurper Lukashenka appeared at a meeting in the Ministry of Defense wearing ridiculous shoulder straps with the coat of arms and not stars like on those worn by other servicemen.

This is not the first time the usurper has appeared in public in uniform with "clown" shoulder straps. For example, in June this year he arrived in Mahiliou region in the same uniform. A year earlier - at the Victory Day parade on May 9, 2020 - the mummer was surrounded by the military wearing gilded shoulder straps.
