What is going on in the epidemic-stricken Belarusian regions?

Medics from the White Coats community have published a "covid summary" from the Belarusian regions:

From 1 to 8 November (8 days), 43 people died in the covid units of the hospital in City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Minsk.

Also, physicians point out a sharp decline in hospital admissions over the past few days. Yesterday one person was admitted to Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 6, while five - to Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 1. Given that morbidity cannot drop to zero in a couple of days, medical practitioners are concerned about patients and whether severe patients remain home due to the reduction in bed capacity (by 20-40 beds in each unit, according to a recent decision of the Health Ministry).
