Lithuania Prepares Sanctions Against Lukashenka's Security Officials and Judges

According to the head of the country's Foreign Ministry, this will be a "very strong signal."

Lithuania proposes to expand the sanctions lists against Belarus. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Gabrielius Landsbergis, stated this to Radio Svaboda.

In his opinion, "this would be a very strong signal that in Europe not only the leading politicians who make the most important decisions fall under the sanctions but also those who really harm people on the streets, who beat them up, violate their rights, enslave them, deprive them of their rights."

According to the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry head, Lithuania is now working on packages of certificates for such groups of people from Belarus.
