The team protests against the illegal arrest of Alena Leuchanka.

The Belarusian handball club Vityaz-Leon refused to host today's match of the Belarusian championship due to the arrest of basketball player Alena Leuchanka. The club reported this on Instagram.

The club has already informed the handball federation that it will not enter the court in today's game against Masheka.

As the team explained, they consider the arrest of Leuchanka illegal, and protest against the pressure on the citizens of Belarus.

Alena Leuchanka was arrested for 15 days today.
