According to Expelled Telegram channel, students of Minsk State Linguistic University held the action near the academic building. Students sing Wind of Change by Scorpions.

Initially, the song in English, also recorded by the group in Russian ("Ветер перемен") and Spanish ("Vientos de cambio") is dedicated to Perestroika in the USSR and the end of the Cold War.
