As Cyber-Partisans inform on Telegram, their next goal was the site of UPIS (United Payment and Information Space). At the moment, the website is not opening.

Information: United Payment and Information Space (UPIS) is an electronic system created for instant payment for goods or services. The UPIS was put into operation in 2008 on the initiative of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
