Video blogger Dzmitry Kazlou, known as the "Grey Cat", is officially charged today under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them). He faces up to 3 years in prison, the press service of the European Belarus civil campaign writes.
