"We have four apartments in the house № 16 in Tank Street in Minsk with people diagnosed with Covid-19. There are at least 10 people. They've been sick for over a week. No precautions are taken despite the fact that two people were taken by an ambulance yesterday. The entrances aren't disinfected. We only learn from the neighbors that they are infected," - he writes.
