‘Belarus For Life’: Action Of Solidarity Near European Parliament

MEPs also supported the action organized by the Belarusian diaspora in Brussels.

On July 1, about 30 people held an action near the European Parliament building in Brussels, protesting against repressions in Belarus, Radio Svaboda informs.

The participants of the protest action demanded the release of political prisoners, and provision for free and fair presidential elections in Belarus. They held posters saying “Stop the Dictator in Belarus!”, “Stop the Tyrant!”, “Belarus is for Life, not for Prisons!”.

Members of the European Parliament also participated in the action.
