Hong Kong residents actively read and support protesters in Belarus. At the very beginning of the revolution, Hong Kongers advised Belarusians to "be water."

One of the solidarity actions was the hashtag #hk2belarus (from Hong Kong to Belarus). Many talented artists painted pictures depicting residents of Hong Kong and Belarus.
