Franak Viachorka, a public figure and advisor to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, spoke about this in an interview with Radio Svaboda:

"He fears the fate of Gaddafi and Yanukovich. The people around Lukashenka are hamstring him, - Franak Viachorka said. - It seems that the event, which did not take place on Sunday, was the sabotage of this delivery his supporters to Minsk.
