Uladzislau Novik, an engineer on adjustment and testing of automation control, joined the strike and made demands.
He refused to feed the criminal regime.
Uladzislau Novik has been working at Belaruskali since 2011. Married, two children aged 7 and 4 months. His wife is on maternity leave.
