UN Secretary General António Guterres will arrive in Belarus for the first time in early September to participate in an international conference on combating terrorism, tut.by reports.

The international conference "Fighting Terrorism with Innovative Approaches and the Use of New and Emerging Technologies" will be held in Minsk on September 3-4.
