Lukashenka Goes To Russia On July 17

The rulers of Belarus and the Russian Federation will meet informally.

Lukashenka is flying to Russia with a "working visit" on Wednesday, July 17. As Euroradio informs, on this day he will have an informal meeting with Russian ruler Putin. It will probably take place on Valaam.

It is an island in the northern part of Lake Ladoga, where the famous Valaam Monastery is located. Earlier Putin announced the meeting with the Belarusian dictator there. And Lukashenka confirmed that there is such a proposal.

An official meeting of Lukashenka and Putin is scheduled to take place on July 18 in St. Petersburg during the plenary session of the VI Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. They will hold bilateral negotiations, during which the "interaction within the framework of the "union state" will take an important place.
