Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Belarus Ihar Brylo has posted a photo in his Instagram, where he is wearing a T-shirt with the inscription "Russia".

Judging by the geolocation, the photo was taken in Barysau, Ihar Brylo's hometown. The date of publication is July 1.
