Why do they decrease financing of the popular Belarusian independent portal?

Natallia Radzina, the Editor-in-Chief of the website Charter97.org, which has been recently blocked in Belarus, is ringing the alarm bell. She says that the main donor of the website – the Polish Fund of International Solidarity – has announced the decrease of financing fivefold.

The Fund claims they continue partial financing. However, this support won’t be enough for the website even to pay the taxes, Belsat TV channel reports.
