Businessman and philanthropist Pavel Padkarytau has posted on Facebook images of Antarctica under the white-red-white flag, which he made while traveling.

“Taking advantage of the fact that the Argentines leave their Antarctic base Camara completely unattended for the summer, it has temporarily been declared the territory of the BPR :),” – the businessman wrote.
