Lukashenka To New Head Of Department Of Presidential Affairs: You’ve Been Told To Make Skis – Make Them

Turning to the new head of the Department of Presidential Affairs, Andrei Svirydau, Lukashenka said that this department is a multidisciplinary structure, enterprises and organizations of which are engaged in various areas of activity, the press service informs.

“You and the department head will have a lot to do, – he said. – There must be an cast-iron discipline and the result. If you have been told to make skis – make them, you have an enterprise. If you have been told to dig the soil - it is necessary to dig and cultivate bread. I understand that you are engaged in everything –from milk and cows to tourism issues.”

“At one time, we gathered faltering enterprises of the country, and we have to work with them, – Lukashenka said. – The main thing is to have discipline, responsibility.”

“Drop the hammer and act,” – the dictator said.
