The Russian citizen spoke at a rally for independence of Belarus.

On December 7, a rally to defend the independence and sovereignty of Belarus took place in Kalinouski Square (Kastrychnitskaya Square) in Minsk. Several thousand people gathered at the square.

A tourist from Russia used a free microphone and addressed the participants of the event:

"My name is Sergei, I am a tourist and I came from Kazan. I didn't know what was going on here. I asked everybody, came up to the police, asked, and I was told: "Maidan is about to start".

As for the integration: the Belarusian people do not need it whatsoever, there will be no advantages - and there will be many disadvantages".

At the end of the speech, the Russian called for the release of political prisoners.
