The activist has ignored the "trial" of the authorities.

Today the ex-candidate for "deputies", activist of the European Belarus civil campaign Aksana Yushkevich was to be tried in Minsk, the website of the Human Rights Center Viasna reports.

The activist received a protocol of offense under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code (participation in an unsanctioned mass event).

The authorities saw a "violation" in the fact that on the eve of the meeting of free people held within the framework of the legal pre-election pickets the activist shared a video message with the words: "On November 15th, at 18.00, we will talk together about what future we want to see tomorrow".

The consideration of the administrative case started today in the court of Kastrychnitski district of Minsk.

The judge is A. Rudzenka.

The "witnesses" are officers of the riot police - Tryshkin, Misiulia and Kaptur.

Since Aksana Yushkevich and one of the witnesses did not appear at the hearing, the judge decided to postpone the hearing to Wednesday, December 11. The beginning is at 9:15.
