Observers of the Right to Choice campaign noticed an unusual change at polling station №11 of the Hrodna Tsentralnaya constituency №51. The state flag "turned upside dow " in the sealed room at night, Radio Svaboda reports.

According to Siarhei Verameyanka, coordinator of Hrodna campaign Right of Choice, on November 12, the red-green flag was hanging upside down at the polling station. He and Viasna observer Ihar Dzyachkou were present at the sealing of the premises in the evening of the 12th, and Dzyachkou was present at the opening in the morning of the 13th. And in the morning of November 13 the flag was hanging "as it should".
