Young Christian Democrats Addressed Greta Tunberg Regarding BelNPP

The YCD ask the activist to support those Belarusians who oppose the launch of the Belarusian NPP.

At its congress on October 12th, the young Christian Democrats adopted an appeal to the world-famous Swedish youth eco-activist about environmental challenges in Belarus, bchd.info reports.

On 15 October the appeal was sent to the activist.

In the document, the YCD asks Greta Tunberg to support those Belarusians who oppose the launch of the Belarusian nuclear power plant, "which has been built with a variety of incidents and corruption-related crimes," as well as harmful industries in Brest, Mahiliou and other cities.

The eco-activist is asked either to address the Belarusian authorities or to come directly to Belarus.
