Boris Nemtsov Forum Held In Warsaw

The forum is attended by well-known Russian opposition politicians, economists and public figures.

The fourth Boris Nemtsov Forum opened its doors in Warsaw today. The main topic of discussion is "Strategies Against Fear in Russia and Beyond," Charter97.org reports.

The forum is attended by the daughter of Russian politician Zhanna Nemtsova, economist Sergei Guriev, Russian oppositionists Alexei Navalny, Vladimir Kara-Murza, and Yulia Galamina.

On the first day of the Forum, opening statements were made by the organizer of the Forum, Zhanna Nemtsova, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Jacek Czaputowicz, Deputy Head of the British Mission to Poland, Jason Reinberg, and other partners who participated in the organization of the event.

Francis Fukuyama, Director of the Centre for Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law and Professor at Stanford University, delivered a special lecture on freedom, followed by a discussion with Alexey Navalny.
