Provocation: Maxim Viniarski Receives Weird Subpoena

The activist has been summoned to the Investigatory Committee under an unclear case.

Coordinator of the European Belarus civil campaign Maxim Viniarski has reported another provocation by the authorities:

Is this some mental disease getting exacebrated before the “election”?

I have just received this kind of invitation from investigator of the Investigatory Committee of the Partyzanski district of Minsk V.V. Chubryk. So far, I am summoned as a witness of some alleged “act of hooliganism”, which happened on September 16, 2018.

I can tell you straightaway that I have nothing to say in this regard. Let’s wait and see how the meeting ends.

So far, I have assessed this fact in the context of provocations against the oppostion leaders, which somehow became very frequent on the eve of the “bacchanalia”, promised by the dictator. I will certainly share the details of the meeting.
